Account
Creating your own account on our site is very useful to keep track of your orders.
Creating it is very simple. Just click on the little man icon (from the phone) or on the " account " item at the top of the site where there is the menu and then click on " Create Account " at the bottom.
The " Create Account " page will open where we will have to enter our Name, Surname, Email and Password and finally click on " Create ".
You will receive an email confirming the creation of your account and you will be able to immediately check the status of your orders.
You can change the shipping address for your orders by logging into your account .
At this point in " Account Details " click on the " View Addresses " button.
From here it will be possible to modify/delete an address entered in the past, or we can add a new shipping address associated with our account.
You can find past orders by logging into your account . In this section you will find the details of all orders placed up to that point.
If you do not remember your account password , simply click on " forgot your password ", enter your account email and you will immediately receive an email where you can choose a new password .
At this point, log in to your account and you will find the details of your past orders.
If you have not yet created your account, you just need to click on " Create Account " and enter the required data and then click on " Create " and log in to your account.
If you have forgotten your password , you can change it by clicking on " forgot your password " in the account section and follow the steps to recover it.
Orders
To place an order, you can browse our online shop in the shop section. Click on the product you want to access the relevant product sheet and view all the technical information in detail.
Choose the format , enter the quantity and add the product to the cart . Proceed to checkout by filling in all the fields relating to the address and the chosen payment method . After sending the order you will receive a confirmation email with all the information on the status of your shipment.

If you receive an email from us informing you that your order has been cancelled , the reasons may be related to incorrect data entered or problems relating to the payment method .

Shipping
We deliver our products throughout Italy.
The courier delivers approximately 2-4 working days from the date the items leave our warehouse.
All orders are delivered Monday to Friday , excluding public holidays .
You can check the progress of your shipment using the tracking number that will be indicated in the shipment confirmation email .
