I create contemporary paintings “painted with the camera or with other digital techniques”, on canvas, often straying into the apparent abstract… texture of the invisible. Probing the sensational sometimes invisible, micro and macro, present around us, inside us, in nature and in the most common objects, is the spring, the motivating energy.

I like to look at the works of nature and man “with other eyes” to discover the often unperceived greatness of existence and fix it in a painting by going beyond the purely objective data, until I immerse myself in that plot of the invisible that can only be seen with other eyes. The liquid, mobile and dynamic universe, which lives on reverberations, becomes the privileged subject of paintings that are only apparently abstract, in which the micro takes on the value of the macro and the image is transformed into a perceptive sensation free to flow from one point to another on the surface. A plastic bottle, a rusty sheet of metal, a broken glass, a leaf, a reflection on the water, a philosophical thought become, through the selection of evocative details, stages of a story full of meanings, invisible to a superficial glance, alluding to another dimension.

Banality does not exist except in some human thought and action. Everything is transcendental. Investigating the sensational reality of which we are part, spread across billions of light years, fascinates me like nothing else. Works of nature and man, observed with different eyes, release questions, questions, questions. And answers… the plot of the invisible.
